After the Directors invited seasoned corporate financier Ian to conduct an independent valuation of Minibar Solutions, he decided to become part of the business himself.
With a background in senior roles such as consulting partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers and CFO to publicly listed Australian companies, Ian has invested more than 25 years working with businesses to formulate business plans, develop systems and processes, improve profitability and raise capital.
Australian technology businesses that have the potential to go global pique his interest – Ian currently has a business that supports domestic companies that are on the verge of commercialising to launch and expand into overseas markets, particularly the U.S.
